Returns

We accept returns within 7-10 business days from delivery.

This only applies if the product has manufacturing defects or an incorrect product was delivered.

The product must be in perfect condition, with original packaging and no signs of use.

Return procedure

To start a return, contact contact.velurabags@gmail.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

You will then receive instructions for shipping the product.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in case of our errors.
